1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on OurNakshatra (“we”, “our”, “us”) at ournakshatra.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or make a purchase.

2. Digital Products

OurNakshatra sells digital astrology guides in PDF format. Upon successful payment confirmation:

• A secure, personalised download link will be sent to your registered email address
• Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase
• You may re-request a download link via our self-service tool at ournakshatra.com/books/resend
• Download links are tied to your order and may not be shared or redistributed
• The purchased PDF is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use only

3. Consultations

Consultations are provided on a scheduled basis. By booking a consultation:

• You agree to provide accurate birth details (date, exact time, and place of birth)
• Consultation dates are mutually agreed upon following payment confirmation
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session
• No-shows without 24-hour advance notice may forfeit the session without refund

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. We do not store raw card numbers, PINs, or UPI PINs on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ournakshatra.com — including text, PDF guides, charts, logos, graphics, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of OurNakshatra and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written authorization from us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurNakshatra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our website, digital products, or consultation services. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

• Share, leak, or publicly distribute download links or paid PDF guides

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
